Why: An Urgent meeting needs to take place so that a new committee must be created to run the WCMCC events. Please note that this is not an AGM and the main aim is to create a new committee. We are asking all WCMCC members to please attend this EGM.

About the event
WCMCC are looking for members that would be interested in the following:
- Chairperson - Senior Offical Role - sets out meetings and makes overall plans for the club.
- Secretary- deals with administration.
- Treasurer - looks after the finances.
We have one person interested in this position and we would like another person to help with the Secretary role.
If we could get one more person on the committee to make it 5, that is required.
If you are interested in helping the WCMCC and you would like to discuss the above roles and what is involved.
